Description
We are seeking an experienced Director of Imaging to lead our medical imaging department in Attleboro, MA. In this permanent, staff-level role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple modalities including X-Ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Vascular Services. Your leadership will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The position offers a competitive pay of approximately $73 per hour.
As Director, you will manage staff, budgets, and workflows to optimize patient throughput and equipment utilization. Key responsibilities include developing policies, monitoring image quality, ensuring safety protocols, and staying current with evolving imaging technologies. You will also coordinate schedules, prepare reports, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
To succeed, you must have a minimum of 7 years of director-level experience in a hospital setting, a current MA license, and ARRT certification. A bachelor's degree in a healthcare field is required; a master's degree is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with significant knowledge of multiple imaging modalities.
