Permanent Director of Radiology

We are seeking a Director of Radiology to lead and manage clinical operations, imaging quality, safety, and patient navigation within Radiology Services at our Albuquerque, NM facility. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will partner with Ambulatory Services, Finance, IT, and other departments to develop programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee staff. The position offers an average pay of $58 per hour.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, developing budgets, establishing quality control programs, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff. You will monitor operations to meet accrediting agency standards and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Patient care assignments may include all age groups from neonate to geriatric.

Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred within 36 months) and 2 years of directly related experience. Credentials include BLS within 30 days, ILS within 6 months, and ARRT (R), NMTCB (CNMT), ARDMS, or RN licensure. Physical demands are medium work.
