Description
Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking an Epic Certified Cupid Analyst to join our Information Technology team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications, with a focus on the Cupid module. You will support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an average salary of $120,533 per year. You will partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build. Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field (RN preferred but not required). Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic. Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management. Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s). Epic certification is required.
