Permanent Epic Analyst

Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking an Epic Certified Cupid Analyst to join our Information Technology team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications, with a focus on the Cupid module. You will support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives. Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build. Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering an average salary of $120,533 per year, based on experience and internal equity. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field (RN preferred but not required), minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics supporting Epic, and Epic certification. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer-service skills are essential.
