Permanent Epic Security Analyst

Saint Peter's is seeking an Epic Security Analyst to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will perform day-to-day Epic user provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning, as well as build and maintain security classes, templates, roles, and department configurations. You will troubleshoot access issues, perform periodic audits, and support security and privacy compliance. Additionally, you will create and maintain provider SER records, coordinating with credentialing and HR for accurate onboarding and lifecycle management.

This is a permanent, full-time position with an average annual pay of $96,179. The schedule is standard business hours, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive base salary determined by factors such as work experience, internal equity, and market data. Some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years of Epic user access/security administration experience preferred, and experience with provider data management or clinician onboarding workflows. Epic Security Certification is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
