Description
Maury Regional Health is seeking a Decision Support Financial Analyst to join our Fiscal Planning team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical, operational, and financial performance by analyzing data to evaluate profitability and trends. You will be responsible for routine and ad-hoc reporting, assisting with system maintenance, and other analytical functions as assigned by the Decision Support Manager.
This is a full-time day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, located at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. While pay is not disclosed, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, educational assistance, and more.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in healthcare finance, decision support, or accounting. Daily in-office attendance is required, and local candidates are preferred. No relocation assistance is provided.
