Description
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Pasadena, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all HR-related applications, supporting the overall HR technology strategy. You will collaborate with HR team members and subject matter experts to implement processes and functionality that increase efficiency and quality of HR services while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
This full-time position offers a pay range of $102,960 to $154,440 annually, with an estimated average of $128,700 per year. The primary shift is days, with 8-hour shifts. You will perform data analysis from multiple systems, support vendor software applications, and rely on your experience and independent judgment to provide solutions. Flexibility in hours may be required.
Qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's in Information Systems preferred), minimum five years of HCM, payroll, and timekeeping application maintenance experience, and Workday functional and technical experience. MS Access, SQL, or other database/reporting tools experience is required. Workday certifications are preferred. Strong technical aptitude, advanced report development skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
