Description
Mercy is seeking a Board & Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the General Counsel and the Legal/Compliance/Internal Audit department in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In this role, you will coordinate projects, manage calendars, and facilitate communication within the department and with external stakeholders. You will also play a key part in supporting the Board of Trustees, including planning meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining corporate records.
This is a full-time, staff position with a day shift and 40 scheduled hours per week. Pay is not disclosed. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of administrative or executive assistant experience, with preference given to those who have supported a board or worked with executive leadership. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
Key responsibilities include managing the General Counsel's calendar, serving as administrator for BoardEffect, coordinating board and committee meetings, and maintaining electronic files.
