Description
St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Emergency Services team. In this role, you will provide essential clerical support while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ER is a dynamic environment where your skills and compassion make a difference every day.
This is a permanent, staff position offering 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay ranges from $23 to $35 per hour based on experience. You'll work in a supportive, community-focused hospital nestled on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain.
Requirements include a current Louisiana LPN license, completion of a Board Certified Nursing Program, and BLS certification through an ILCOR-approved course. ALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Previous ED or urgent care experience is preferred. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
