Permanent Nutrition Clerk

Join Encompass Health as a Nutrition Clerk in Midland, Texas, where you'll play a vital role in preparing therapeutic and modified diets for patients, as well as meals for employees and visitors. This permanent, staff position offers an average pay of $21 per hour.

In this role, you will maintain proper food temperatures, interpret recipes, assemble patient trays, and assist patients with menu selections. You'll also clean and sanitize work areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, or nights as needed.

We are looking for candidates with a food handler's permit (if required by state/county) and preferably training in therapeutic diet preparation.
