Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Registrar to join our team in Attleboro, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for registering patients and updating their information in the electronic medical record. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure patient demographic, financial, and mandated information is accurate, while providing patients and family members with required regulatory documents.
This position offers a competitive pay of up to $24 per hour. The schedule is 24-hour evening shifts from 3pm-11:30pm and 4pm-12:30am on a 6-week rotating schedule, with one weekend per month. This is a permanent, staff position in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle interactions professionally in a hectic environment. Preferred qualifications include two years of computer experience, one to two years in an acute hospital setting, and knowledge of medical terminology. No license or certification is required.
