Permanent Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming voice of our medical office in Attleboro, MA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients calling in, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care with clinical teams. Your professionalism and empathy will directly contribute to a positive patient experience.

This is a permanent, staff position offering an average pay of $25 per hour. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. The role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while documenting interactions in the electronic health record system.

To succeed, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service or call center experience. Prior healthcare experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
