Description
Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Suitland, MD. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our physicians and managers, including managing phone and fax messages, directing patients and visitors, and maintaining patient confidentiality. You will also assist with insurance verification, patient intake, and chart preparation, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
This is a permanent, staff position offering a pay rate of $20 per hour. You will work in an outpatient setting, traveling between our Southern Maryland offices as needed. Your schedule will be consistent, and you will be an integral part of a patient-centric care team dedicated to restoring quality of life for those injured in motor vehicle or work-related accidents.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of medical administrative experience. You should have basic computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
