This is an exceptional opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist to join an established, multi-location group practice in Wisconsin. You will step into a high-volume pediatric patient base with a strong internal referral network, allowing you to focus on providing comprehensive dental care. The position offers a guaranteed base salary starting at $400,000+, with a production-based incentive program that can push your earnings beyond $500,000 annually. You will work in modern facilities equipped with advanced technology and dedicated support staff.
Responsibilities include providing preventive, restorative, and surgical care for pediatric patients, managing those with behavioral or complex dental needs, and educating families on oral health. You will also lead and support your clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications include a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency, and Wisconsin licensure eligibility. A strong chairside manner and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.
