Description
An established, high-volume pediatric practice in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative, dentist-led organization. Walk into an existing patient base with strong internal referrals and full operational support. This is a leadership opportunity within your clinical team, working alongside in-house specialists in a supportive environment.
The position offers a 4 or 5-day work week with a full-time schedule of 36+ clinical hours. Compensation includes a $400,000 base plus production incentive, with earning potential of $500,000 or more. Additional benefits include a 12-month guarantee period, signing and retention bonus eligibility, annual continuing education support, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive pediatric dental care (preventive, restorative, surgical), managing patients with behavioral or complex dental needs, educating families on oral health, and collaborating with general dentists and specialists. Candidates must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited program, completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency, and Wisconsin licensure or eligibility. Strong patient-focused communication and clinical excellence are essential.
