Description
We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a well-established, multi-specialty group practice in Wisconsin. This is a high-volume practice with an existing patient base and strong internal referrals, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care. You will work in a collaborative, dentist-led environment with full operational support.
This full-time position offers a 4 or 5 day work week with 36+ clinical hours per week. The compensation package includes a $400,000 base salary plus production incentive, with earning potential exceeding $500,000. Additional benefits include a 12-month guarantee period, signing and retention bonus eligibility, annual continuing education support, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures. You will manage patients with behavioral or complex dental needs, educate families on oral health, and collaborate with general dentists and specialists. Leadership opportunities are available within your clinical team.
Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited program, completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency, and eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin. Strong patient-focused communication and clinical excellence are required.
