Description
Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director for its Health Home program, splitting time between Gaithersburg and Lanham, MD. In this role, you will treat the "whole person" by identifying gaps between behavioral and physical healthcare, developing prevention initiatives, and ensuring all care needs are met. You'll coordinate with program leadership, staff, patients, and their support systems to implement treatment plans, monitor goals, and coordinate access to medical providers and hospitals.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an average pay of $91,051 per year (range $87,035-$95,067). You will work Monday through Friday, day shifts, with no weekends or on-call required. Requirements include a current Maryland RN license, 1-3 years of nursing experience, car insurance, and access to a vehicle. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree.
