Permanent Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room in Porterville, California. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide holistic, individualized care to a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and newborn patients. You will work under the direction of the Unit Director and Charge Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

This position offers an average pay of $56 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 3+ years of acute care experience, or a $5,000 sign-on bonus for 1-3 years of experience. Shifts may include holidays, weekends, on-call, and participation in emergencies or community disasters as a designated disaster service worker.

Requirements include a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. MICN certification must be obtained within 2 years, and CPI certification within one year of assignment.
