Permanent Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Imaging department in Attleboro, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the prompt, courteous, and accurate scheduling of patient appointments for imaging and EEG studies. You will work closely with technologists and referring providers to ensure appropriate scheduling and coordinate multiple exam requests.

This is a permanent staff position offering an average pay of $21 per hour. You will utilize the EMR system to process scheduling requests, confirm insurance preauthorization, and communicate appointment details to patients and providers. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with technology.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of medical experience, preferably in a hospital-based Imaging department.
