Description
Saint Peter's is seeking a part-time Social Worker Student Coordinator to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will oversee the internship program for MSW Interns, ensuring they gain the skills needed to work as entry-level mental health professionals in community-based settings serving low-income children, youth, and families. You will serve as a liaison between Rutgers University, Monmouth University, and Dorothy B. Hersh, providing individual and group supervision.
This position offers an average pay of $96,179 per year, with compensation determined by experience and internal equity. The schedule is part-time, and you will assess patient needs across various age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, formulating treatment goals and discharge plans.
Requirements include an MSW from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work, a New Jersey Social Work license (LCSW or LSW), and at least two years of prior family counseling experience in a hospital, clinic, or private practice. NPI and Medical Non-Billing Provider Number are required, with application submitted within 30 days of employment.
