Permanent Surgical Services Operations Manager

Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Permanent Surgical Services Operations Manager to oversee clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing, and program refinement. This role provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of Surgical Services and Clinics.

This is a full-time, days position (Shift 1) with an average pay of $75 per hour. You will be responsible for ensuring the department meets its strategic goals while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff performance.

Requirements include a Master's degree from a 2-year program, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and seven years of related hospital surgical services experience including department management. A Florida RN license or multi-state license is required prior to start; CNOR certification is preferred. Broward Health offers a supportive environment and values veteran contributions.
