Join our team as a Workforce Planning Manager in New Brunswick, NJ, where you will play a key role in optimizing our healthcare workforce. In this permanent, staff-level position, you will collect and analyze data on workforce productivity, including departmental activity statistics and payroll. You will maintain position control databases, validate source data, and produce critical reports to support leadership decisions.
Your responsibilities include preparing the Vacancy Review Committee dashboard and communicating leadership decisions effectively. Using your analytical skills, you will forecast hiring, scheduling, and other workforce planning needs. You will also participate in budget preparation and routine variance reporting, proposing ways to improve workforce management, reduce overhead, and increase customer satisfaction.
This role offers an average salary of $90,449 per year. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills.
