Travel Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager for a 13-week travel contract in Houston, TX. This hybrid role requires on-site presence every other week and offers an average pay of $3,193 per week. As a senior-level leader, you will oversee the full spectrum of benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives. You will engage with executive leadership and manage vendor relationships, RFPs, and annual enrollment processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years managing benefits operations in a large healthcare system or multi-divisional company, with expertise in both health & welfare and financial benefits. A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is required; a Master's degree and HR certifications (e.g., CBP, CEBS) are preferred. Strong executive presence and experience with RFP leadership and annual enrollment are essential.
