Permanent Pediatrics Registered Nurse

Join Sierra View Medical Center as a full-time Pediatric/Med Surg Registered Nurse in Porterville, California. You will provide holistic, individualized care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient or observation status, using the nursing process to stabilize illness or injury. This role requires an advanced level of clinical competency and a commitment to improving patient care quality.

Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45am to 7:15pm, with an hourly pay range of $46.47 to $65.05 (average $56/hr). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for RNs with 3+ years of experience. You must be able to work holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Requirements include current California RN licensure, BLS certification (obtainable during orientation), PALS within 6 months, and ACLS within 6 months.
